摘要
针对传统电力营销存在的电力数据深度分析和发掘能力不足、未涉及数据关联分析等问题,提出了基于大数据平台的营销信息化建设规划。以电力营销系统的海量电力数据为依据,充分挖掘电力数据中有价值的信息,实现业务趋势预测、营销策略制订等,在此基础上有针对性地优化营销方式,改善服务模式。营销信息化包括基于大数据平台的全方位服务体系、基于移动互联网的智能营销服务和大数据平台的技术架构。基于大数据平台的营销信息化建设将增强营销相关领域的数据分析和数据挖掘能力,从而提高营销业务的服务能力和服务质量。
Traditional power marketing is lack of deep analysis, mining capacity of datacorrelation analysis. To solve these problems the author proposes informatizationconstruction of power marketing programme based on big data platform. Based on the hugedata of power marketing system, making full use of the huge amount of power data inpower marketing system to predict business trends and generate strategy, optimize themarketing and service mode targetedly. The informatization of power marketing of containsthe comprehensive service system based on big data platform, the informatization of powermarketing based on mobile internet and the technical architecture of big data platform.Informatization construction of power marketing based on the big data platform will enhancethe capacity of data mining and analysis in marketing, and improve the ability and thequality of marketing service.
