摘要
在中国神华能源股份有限公司胜利能源分公司胜利发电厂2×660 MW超超临界空冷机组的优化设计和经济性分析过程中,对机组的空冷系统、烟气余热利用系统和厂用电率进行优化设计,并对该厂的盈利能力、抗风险能力和竞争力进行分析。优化设计后,机组空冷系统采用直接空冷方案、烟气余热利用系统采用机炉耦合高效烟气余热利用方案,厂用电率降至5.78%。通过经济性分析可知,该厂经济效益良好,风险性较低,具有显著的市场生存能力和竞争优势。
In the process of optimization design and economic analysis for the 660 MWultra supercritical air cooling unit in China Shenhua Shengli Energy Branch Company, theair cooling system, flue gas waste heat utilization system, auxiliary power consumption rateof the unit are optimized, and the profitability, the anti-risk ability, the competitive abilityof the plant are analyzed. After optimum design, the direct air cooling system is adoptedin the air cooling system of the unit, the machine furnace coupling high efficiency flue gasutilization scheme is adopted in the flue gas waste heat utilization system, auxiliary powerconsumption rate fell to 5.78%. After economic analysis, it is known that it has goodeconomic benefit, the plant has lower risk, and market survival ability and competitive arealso advantaged.
