摘要
为了提高平面钢领使用寿命,减轻纺织企业成本压力,提出组合钢领的创新方案,并分析了其可行性和优缺点。指出:这种新型平面钢领的跑道可以从钢领座拆下更换,可使钢领寿命提高1倍,而使用成本约为传统钢领的一半;呼唤更科学、更经济的新型钢领问世。
To improve the service life of the ring with flat surface and to reduce the cost of lextile enterprises,the innovative scheme of the detachable ring is introduced with the feasibility and both the advantages and disadvantages. It is pointed out that the track of the new flange ring with flat surface can be detached from the ring holder, leading to double service life and half cost as compared with that of the original product, yet more technological and economic advanced ring is needed in future.
