蒸馏装置常顶热交换器腐蚀与防护探讨 被引量:5

摘要 针对蒸馏装置常顶热交换器经常发生腐蚀泄漏的问题,结合装置现场的实际腐蚀与防护情况,分析了目前国内蒸馏装置常顶热交换器的腐蚀泄漏现状,从工艺、设备、腐蚀监测等方面对常顶热交换器的腐蚀防护措施及存在的问题进行了分析。结果表明,目前常顶热交换器的腐蚀机理主要为露点腐蚀和铵盐垢下腐蚀。腐蚀防护的重点是工艺防腐,应加强原油中有机氯的分析和监测,做好原油电脱盐工作,在对常顶注剂的优选、加注方式以及加入量优化的基础上,配合材质升级及其表面处理、腐蚀监测,探索热交换器泄漏的预测方法,完善常顶热交换器腐蚀预测软件,确保常顶热交换器的长周期运行。 Considering frequent leakage of atmospheric tower overhead heat exchangers, combining corrosion and protection measures in distillation unit, leakage of heat exchangers and corrosion protection measures as well as the existing problems are analyzed from the view of process, equipment, and corrosion monitoring. Results show, the main corrosion mechanism is dew point corrosion and ammonium salt corrosion under the scale. Protection emphasis should be put on process corrosion protective measures, strengthening organochlorine analysis and monitoring in crude oil, operating electric desalting of crude oil well. In addition, optimization of injection agent category, injection methods should be focused excepting materials quality upgrading and sur- face treatment, corrosion monitoring. At the same time, exploration of the leakage forecasting method and improvement in corrosion prediction software can ensure long period operation of the heat exchangers.
