摘要
目的研究薏柏痛风颗粒制备工艺。方法以干膏得率为评价指标,通过单因素试验初步考察提取次数、提取温度对提取工艺的影响,进一步通过正交试验考察加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间对薏柏痛风颗粒提取工艺的影响。以成型率、流动性和吸湿性为评价指标,考察干法制粒工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水提取2次,提取时间为第一次1 h,第二次0.5 h。干法制粒制得的颗粒成型性、流动性和吸湿性均较好。结论优选的薏柏痛风颗粒制备工艺稳定可行,适合应用于工业化生产。
Objective To study the preparation process of Yibai Tongfeng granules. Methods With dry paste yield as index, single factor and orthogonal test was adopted to optimize water extracting technology. With formability, fluidity and hygroscopicity as the indexes, the method of dry granulation was evaluated. Results The best water extraction process was: extracted twice with 10 times the amount of water, 1 h for first time, 0.5 h for second time. The formability, fluidity and hygroscopicity of the granules that made by dry granulation technology were well. Conclusion These optimized technologies are stable, feasible and suitable for standardized production ofYibai Tongfeng granules.
