摘要
以金属膜片贮箱的制造为研究对象,贮箱为典型的变厚度薄壁异种金属焊接结构件。采用交流脉冲,TIG焊接方法对贮箱1050A和5A06异种铝合金结构开展工艺试验。确定贮箱焊接的最优工艺规程:焊接速度2.5-4.2mm/s、峰值电流140-160A、送丝速度8—14mm/s、钨极中心偏向1050A母材侧1.5mm。结果表明,焊接接头拉伸强度达到82MPa,接近1050A母材强度。延伸率达到30%以上,满足接头性能要求。
This paper studies the development of a metallic diaphragm tank which has a typical structure of variable thickness and different metal welding. AC pulsed TIG welding is used to carry on the processing experiments to weld the 1050A and 5A06. The appropriate parameter is as follows:welding speed is 2.5-4.2 mm/s,pulse frequency is 1 Hz,duty ratio is 50% ,base current is 80-95 A,peak current is 140-160 A,argon flow rate is 4-6 L/min,feeding speed is 8-14 mm/s. The tip of the torch is 1.5 mm to the 1050A side. The results show that the tensile strength of the welding can be up to 82 MPa and the extensibility can be more than 30%. Mechanical properties of the welding meet requirements.
