摘要
军事通信是决定战争胜负的重要因素,具有信息优势的一方更容易获得战争的主动权。军事通信包含短波通信、超短波通信、流星余迹通信、卫星通信等方式,其中卫星通信具有覆盖范围广、容量大等优点,能更好地满足战场信息传输需求。以美国、俄罗斯、西欧发达国家为代表的军事强国,拥有先进的军事卫星通信技术,建造了一些典型的军事卫星通信系统,并应用于战场信息传递,为指挥机关的实时决策提供依据。为了在军事对抗中保持优势,这些军事强国又不断发展新技术,在信息对抗中始终处于主导地位。在分析现有军事卫星通信发展动态的基础上,对适用于军事卫星通信的新技术进行了综述。
The military communication is one of the most important factors to determine the outcome of war.The side having infor- mation superiority is more active in the war.The military communication includes HF communication,VHF communication,meteor trail communication and satellite communication.The satellite communication has such advantages as wide coverage and large capacity, which can meet the requirements of information transmission in the battlefield in a better way.The military powers represented by the United States of America, Russia and West Europe possess advanced technologies of military satellite communication, have built some typical military satellite communication systems, and have applied them to information transmission in the battlefield, which help the operational commanding authority to make real-time decision in military countermeasures.To get the advantages of military countermeasures, these military powers continue developing new techniques,and remain in a dominant position in information countermeasures.On the basis of analyzing the development trend of military satellite communication, this paper introduces briefly some new technologies.
