摘要
【目的】对白龙江沙滩公益林保护区地表甲虫的群落组成和多样性进行研究,为保护区生态恢复的抚育措施提供参考.【方法】在林区内选择修枝、割灌、间伐及对照4个不同抚育措施的人工云杉林地,采用巴氏罐诱法进行诱集地表甲虫,对其物种组成及多样性变化进行比较分析.【结果】共采集甲虫标本543号,隶属17科.其中步甲科个体数量最多,占总数的33.89%,是该地区地表甲虫的优势类群,隐翅虫科次之,占32.23%,球蕈甲科的个体数量占10.31%.大多数科的物种数在不同抚育措施没有显著差异,而步甲科、隐翅虫科等在不同抚育措施下分布有显著差异.间伐区甲虫个体数量最多,与修枝区、割灌区及对照区差异极显著(P<0.01).未经过抚育措施的对照区甲虫个体数量最少,多样性最低,种类贫乏,物种分布不均匀.多样性指数在修枝区最高,与间伐区、割灌区差异不显著,与对照区差异显著(P<0.05).物种丰富度在间伐区最高,与对照区差异显著(P<0.05),但与修枝区、割灌区差异不显著.【结论】保护区内地表甲虫群落的物种多样性与不同抚育措施密切相关,在对保护区进行生态恢复时,采取合理有效的间伐抚育措施,将有助于提高该地区地表甲虫的物种多样性.
【Objective】The community composition and diversity of ground beetles were studied in Shatan public welfare forest of Bailongjiang,which provides reference for the ecological restoration of protected areas.【Method】Four pitfall traps were used in the forest land which use different tending measures reserve to research the community composition or diversity of ground-dwelling beetles.【Result】This research collected 543 samples,belong to 17 families.There were the most species in Carabidae and Staphylinidae,with 33.89%,32.23% of the total beetle,Leiodidae with 10.31% of total.Carabidae was dominant population of beetles in researching area.Most of the samples did not formed dominant populations of beetle in researching area except Carabidae and Staphylinidaefamilies.The population of the beetle which in the thinning plots was much huger than the pruning plots,cutting brush plots and control plots(P〈0.01).The population of the beetle in the no tending measures area was the minimum,also with the situation of the lowest diversity,lacking species and maldistribution of the species.The index of the diversity was the highest in pruning plots,but not as remarkable as thinning plots and cutting brush plots except for control plots(P〈0.05).The diversity of the species was the highest in the thinning plots which had significant difference with control plots(P〈0.05)except for pruning plots and cutting brush plots.【Conclusion】The result shows all these indicated,different intermediate-cutting effected diversity of beetle populations in forest reserves.During the ecological restoration,taking the effective and reasonable thinning measures will help to maintain or increase the species diversity of ground-dwelling beetles.
