摘要
针对凉水井煤矿42112工作面初采期间坚硬顶板难以垮落问题,综合采用了数值模拟、现场观测等方式,研究了该工作面初采期间采空区顶板内应力分布和塑性区分布变化特征,得出了基本顶断裂时初次来压步距。并针对初次来压可能造成的冲击危害,采用深孔爆破方式进行强制放顶。工程实践表明,研究结果与现场基本吻合,放顶效果良好,保证了综采工作面的初采期间安全回采,满足了正常生产需求。
The methods of numerical simulation and field observation is comprehensive used to research on the changing characteristics of stress distribution and plastic zone distribution of the goaf roof in the orking face during the primary mining. And the first weighting interval of main roof breakage is obtained. According to the possible impact damage caused by first weighting,adopts the method of deep hole blasting to force the hard roof collapse. Engineering practice shows that research results is consistent with the field observation. The engineering effect is perfect,and it not only guarantees the safe mining of the fully mechanized mining face,but also satisfies the requirements of normal production.
