摘要
采用KR-SQTAⅡ型淬火介质冷却特性测试仪,系统测定AQ110聚合物淬火介质在不同浓度与温度下的冷却曲线,并根据冷却特性值来表征不同浓度与温度的冷却特性。结果表明:当淬火介质温度为70~95℃时,浓度对高温冷速没有显著影响,但温度升高可以使其蒸汽膜破裂温度从650℃降低到400℃;淬火介质浓度在5%~20%之间升高时,淬火介质温度升高降低高温冷速,且降低蒸汽膜破裂温度;综合分析合适的淬火介质浓度为10%,温度为90℃。KSC72A钢丝经优化后的淬火介质淬火0.4 s后,可以获得均匀细小的索氏体组织。
Cooling characteristic curves of different concentration AQ110 quenching medium at different temperatures were determined by using the KR-SQTA II quenching medium cooling characteristics tester, and according to the cooling characteristic, the cooling behavior of different polymer concentration mediums at different temperatures were characterized. The results show that when the quenching medium temperature is between 70-95 ℃, the concentration has no significant effect on high temperature cooling rate, but the temperature increase can make the temperature of the steam film rupture from 650℃ to 400℃. When the quenching medium concentration is between 5%-20%, with quenching medium temperature increasing, the high temperature cooling rate and the steam film breaking temperature decrease. After comprehensive analysis, when the quenching medium concentration is 10%, and the temperature is 90 ℃, KSC72A steel wire quenched in that for 0. 4 s can obtain uniform fine sorbite structure.
