低氧训练对肥胖青少年减控体重的影响与血镁浓度相关 被引量:9

Serum Magnesium Levels Modify the Influence of “Living High-Training Low” on Weight Loss among Overweight Adolescents

摘要 目的:以往研究表明,低氧训练可以减控体重;镁浓度和肥胖相关风险因子存在负相关。然而,机体镁浓度是否会影响低氧训练减控体重的效果,尚无相关报道。方法:志愿参加全封闭式减控体重的超重青少年34名(年龄11~15岁),干预前测试受试者血清镁浓度,按照中位值将所有受试者分为高镁组(n=17)和低镁组(n=17)。同时,将每组受试者随机分为常氧训练组和低氧训练组。常氧训练组白天进行有氧运动,晚上睡在常氧环境;而低氧训练组白天进行有氧运动,晚上入住低氧房(氧浓度约为14.7%,模拟海拔2 700 m高度)。干预结束前后分别检测肥胖相关的形态学指标以及健康相关血液生化指标。结果:1)4周干预期间,4组受试者每周体重均显著下降。4周干预后,常氧训练组体内镁浓度相对低的肥胖受试者(低镁常氧训练组)体重较干预前平均下降了9.30%±1.94%,体内镁浓度相对高的肥胖受试者(高镁常氧训练组)体重较干预前平均下降了9.46%±1.59%;而低氧训练组体内镁浓度相对低的肥胖受试者(低镁低氧训练组)体重较干预前平均下降了9.52%±1.52%,体内镁浓度相对高的肥胖受试者(高镁低氧训练组)体重较干预前平均下降了11.86%±1.10%,高镁低氧训练组和其他3组间的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);2)与干预前相比,各组瘦素均显著性下降(P〈0.05)。干预前后瘦素的变化量,高镁低氧训练组瘦素下降程度最小,和其他3组具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:机体镁浓度高低可能影响低氧训练对减控体重效果,这种作用可能与瘦素有关。 Objective:Previous studies shows that the intervention of"living high-training low"may lower body weight,and magnesium levels are inversely associated with obesity risk.However,little is known if magnesium levels modify the influence of"Living High-Training Low"on weight loss.Method:A total of 34 overweight adolescents(11~15 years of age)were enrolled and were divided into two groups;the low magnesium group(LM,below median,n=17)and the high magnesium group(HM,median and above,n=17).Within each group,participants were randomly assigned into the Living low-Training Low group or the Living HighTraining Low group.Participants in the living low-training low groups underwent exercise training in daytime and slept in regular environment,while participants in the Living HighTraining Low groups underwent exercise training in daytime and slept in hypoxia room equipped with hypoxia systems that simulated an altitude of 2 700 meters.Before and after the 4-week intervention,body composition and metabolic health-related blood biomarkers were assessed.Results:After the intervention,weight loss was observed in all 4 groups.The influences of living high training low on weight loss were greater in participants with high serum magnesium levels(11.86% ±1.10%)than that among individuals in other groups(P〈0.01).Conclusions:Findings from this intervention study suggest that the influence of"Living High-Training Low"on weight loss among overweight adolescents is modified by magnesium status.This effect may be related to leptin.
