摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮添加蛋氨酸锰对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。选用53周龄生产性能相近的"京红1号"商品蛋鸡480羽,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复16羽。蛋鸡饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(5%预混料中不含锰),对照组在基础饲粮的基础上添加60 mg/kg硫酸锰(以锰计),试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加20、40、60、80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰(以锰计),预试期1周,正试期9周。结果表明:1)40 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰组蛋鸡的平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),比对照组提高了3.23%;饲粮添加蛋氨酸锰对蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重及料蛋比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)60、80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰组的哈夫单位、蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中哈夫单位比对照组分别提高了8.42%及10.33%(P<0.05),蛋壳强度比对照组分别提高了12.13%及17.05%(P<0.05),蛋壳厚度比对照组均提高了8.57%(P<0.05);饲粮添加蛋氨酸锰对蛋白高度及蛋黄颜色无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰组蛋鸡的血清尿酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),比对照组降低了25.12%;饲粮添加蛋氨酸锰对血清碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性及钙、磷、葡萄糖、总蛋白和白蛋白含量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但各蛋氨酸锰添加组的血清碱性磷酸酶活性、白蛋白和钙含量与对照组相比有上升的趋势。由此可见,饲粮添加蛋氨酸锰可改善蛋品质,抑制蛋白质的分解代谢,提高蛋白质的利用率。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary manganese methionine(Mn-Met) on performance,egg quality and serum biochemical parameters of laying hens.Four hundred and eighty 53-weekold Jinghong No.1 laying hens with similar performance were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 16 layers per replicate.A corn-soybean meal without manganese in the 5%premix was applied as the basal diet.The laying hens in the control group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 60 mg/kg MnSO4(as a manganese basis),and the others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 20,40,60 and 80 mg/kg Mn-Met(as a manganese basis),respectively.The pretest period lasted for 1week,and the experimental period lasted for 9 weeks.The results showed as follows:1) the average daily feed intake of laying hens in 40 mg/kg Mn-Met group was significantly higher than that in the control group and increased by 3.23%(P〈0.05).Dietary Mn-Met had no significant effects on laying rate,average egg weight and the ratio of feed to egg of laying hens(P〉0.05).2) The Haugh unit,eggshell strength and eggshell thickness in 60 and 80 mg/kg Mn-Met groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group,Haugh unit was increased by 8.42%and 10.32%(P〈0.05),respectively,eggshell strength was increased by 12.13%and 17.05%(P〈0.05),respectively,and eggshell thickness was increased by 8.57%both(P〈0.05).Dietary Mn-Met had no significant effects on albumen height and yolk color(P〉0.05).3) The serum uric acid(UA) content of laying hens in 80 mg/kg Mn-Met group was significantly lower than that in the control group and decreased by 25.12%(P〈0.05).Dietary Mn-Met had no significant effects on the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) and the contents of calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),glucose(GLU),total protein(TP) and albumin(ALB)(P〉0.05),but the activity of AKP and the contents of ALB and Ca in Mn-Met supplemented groups showed an increasing trend in comparison with that in the control group.In conclusion,dietary Mn-Met can improve the egg quality,inhibit the protein catabolism and promote the protein utilization.
