心脏外科围术期创伤低温对血脂水平影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察心脏外科手术围术期创伤及低温对血脂水平的影响。方法选取沈阳军区总医院心血管外科自2016年3-7月行心脏外科手术患者88例,所有患者均为首次手术。根据治疗方法不同,将患者分为非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术组(off-Pump CABG组,n=56)、体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术组(on-Pump CABG组,n=32)。比较两组患者手术前后血脂变化。结果两组患者术后血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平较本组术前出现明显变化(P<0.05)。两组患者术后血脂下降不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于心脏外科手术,创伤及低温可导致围术期血脂水平明显下降。
