大肠癌患者CD105 RhoC的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨大肠癌组织中CD105及RhoC的表达与临床病理特征之间相关性问题。方法采用免疫组化方法检测45例大肠癌、20例大肠良性瘤及20例正常大肠组织中CD105、RhoC的表达水平,进一步分析CD105、RhoC的表达与大肠癌临床病理特征关系及相关性问题。结果 3组标本组织CD105、RhoC的表达比较(P<0.05),具有显著性差异。CD105、RhoC的表达与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系比较,有淋巴结转移者CD105、RhoC明显高于无淋巴结转移者;随着Dukes分期的升高CD105、RhoC表达明显增加(P<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。CD105、RhoC在大肠癌组织中的表达水平呈明显正相关(rs=0.614,P<0.05)。结论 CD105、RhoC共同参与大肠癌的发生和发展,两者在促进病变过程中发挥着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of CD105 and RhoC problems in colorectal carcinoma and clinical pathological characteristics. Methods Immunohistochemical method to detect the level of 45 cases of colorectal carcinoma, 20 cases of benign colorectal tumor and 20 casesof normal colon tis- sue CD105, RhoC, and further analyse the relationship between clinical pathological characteristics and the cor- relation between the expression of CD105, RhoC and colorectal cancer. Resuls The results of three groups of specimens of tissue CD105, RhoC expression and comparison, P 〈 0.05, with significant difference. Comparison Between clinical and pathological characteristics of the expression of CD105, RhoC and colorectal cancer, lymph node metastasis, RhoC CD105 was significantly higher of lymph node metastasis than that of no lymph node metastasis; with the Dukes staging, the expression of RhoC CD105 increased significantly(P 〈 0.05), but not with age, tumor size(P 〉0.05). A significant positive correlation between the expression levels of CD105, RhoC in colorectal carcinoma tissues (rs=0. 614, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The occurrence and development of CD105, RhoC are involved in the conclusion of colorectal cancer, both of them play an important role in promoting the Process of disease.
