摘要
针对类磁栅液压缸集成位移传感器结构特点,为提高液压作动机构的液压缸位移测量精度,对类磁栅液压缸集成位移传感器信号预处理进行研究。首先,对包含直流分量、毛刺干扰、各次谐波分量等多种信号成份的响应信号进行描述;其次,对高通滤波器进行建模和仿真分析,得出了高通滤波器有效滤除直流分量的工作条件;最后,为克服已有脉冲滤除方法的缺点,提出了一种新型脉冲干扰在线滤除方法。实验表明:该方法可有效地提高类磁栅液压缸集成位移传感器信号预处理精度,对提高多种新型液压作动机构的液压缸位移测量精度具有实际的应用价值。
In order to improve the accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder displacement measurement in hydraulic actua- tor, the signal preproeessing of magnetic-grating-like hydraulic cylinder integrated displacement sensor is studied, based on its structural characteristics. Firstly, a response signal which contains DC component, burr interference and the harmonic component is described; Then, by modeling and simulating, the working condition of the high pass filter to filter the DC component is obtained ; Finally, in order to overcome the drawbacks of present methods, a new on-line method for filtering the pulse interference is proposed. The results of the experiments show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of the magnetic-grating-like hydraulic cylinder integrated displacement sensor effectively, and it also has actual application value for improving the displacement measurement accuracy of hydraulic cylinder of actuators.
