摘要
在大型公共建筑施工过程中如何实现高精度、高效益建造是项目的重点及难点,针对以上问题结合长沙国际会展中心项目特点,将建筑信息建模BIM技术运用到项目施工中,分别研究了BIM在深化设计、施工过程力学性能分析、三维施工可视化模拟及现场拼装变形监控这四方面的具体应用,解决了长沙国际会展中心施工过程中安装复杂、张拉控制难度大、技术交底困难等问题,实现了项目的精益建造,同时积累了BIM技术的大量应用经验。
How to realize high-accuracy and high-effective construction is the key and difficult problem in large public building projects. In view of the above problems and combined with the characteristics of Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center Project,BIM( building information model) technology was used for construction project and BIM model establishment and its application in further design,mechanical performance analysis of construction process,construction guidance and the monitoring of assembly deformation were researched respectively.It solved some difficulties in construction process of Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center,such as the difficulties in complex installation,tension control and technical disclosure. The high effective design and construction of the project were realized,and at the same time it had accumulated a large number of experience of BIM technology application.
