摘要
以卫生洁具废瓷为骨料,对骨料进行颗粒级配,添加山西高岭土、鄂尔多斯滑石、工业氧化铝、江西红都堇青石熟料等添加剂,以木炭、石墨和煤粉为造孔剂,制备了用于中温除尘的废瓷基多孔陶瓷。探讨了影响样品气孔率、吸水率、体积密度和抗折强度的因素,并通过XRD、SEM等测试技术研究了样品的相组成、显微结构和气孔孔径分布。结果表明:1 040℃下烧成的D3样品的综合性能最佳,气孔率为43.69%,抗折强度为24.98 MPa,体积密度为1.46g/cm3。经SEM、XRD分析表明,样品的气孔孔径分布为4~30μm,且气孔分布比较均匀,样品的相组成为堇青石、莫来石、α-石英。
Using sanitary ware waste porcelain as aggregate,contorlling the particle size,and adding Shanxi kaolin,Ordos talc,manufactured alumina,Jiangxi Hongdu cordierite,charcoal,graphite and coal,a medium temperature dust removal waste porcelain porous ceramic was prepared.The bulk density,porosity,water absorption and bending strength of samples were studied in detail.The phase composition,microstructure,pore size distribution of samples were studied by XRD,SEM.The experimental results showed that D3 samples had the best performances.The porosity of D3 sample fired at1 040 ℃ reached the maximum 43.69%,bending strength was 24.98 MPa and the bulk density was 1.46g/cm3.SEM and XRD analysis showed that pore size distribution of the samples were 4~30μm,and uniform pore distribution,the phase composition of the sample was mullite,cordierite andα-quartz.
