摘要
目的探析腰椎间盘突出症患者运用针灸与红外线照射联合治疗对疼痛症状的影响效果。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者146例为研究对象,根据入院编号单双数分为2组,对照组采用单一药物治疗,而观察组则运用红外线照射和针灸联合治疗,对比2组疗效。结果治疗前,2组腰痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的腰痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施红外线照射与针灸联合治疗,不仅疗效确切,而且可使疼痛症状得到明显改善,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the influence effects of acupuncture combined with infrared radiation therapy on pain symptoms in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 146 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups according to admission number of dual and singular. The control group was given drug treatment while the observation group was treated with infrared irradiation combined with acupuncture. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in lumbago pain score between two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）; After treatment, compared with the control group, the lumbago score in the observation group was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）; There was significant difference in clinical efficacy of two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment efficacy of infrared radiation combined with acupuncture for patients with lumbar disc herniation is exact, and can improve pain.
