基于气味指纹图谱特征分割的中药失效程度判断

摘要 对中药失效过程中,其气味特征会发生变化。接触式的检测办法会对药材本身造成伤害。结合这一特性,运用气味指纹图谱特征理论,完成在非接触式条件下中药失效程度判断。利用图谱特征变换的理论对中药气味图谱在失效状态下的特征变化进行提取与重构,将中药气味图谱特征的非线性分割问题映射到高维空间,并进行线性回归,转换为线性问题,实现中药气味指纹图谱特征的对应失效程度判断。以甘草为试验对象,实验结果表明,这一方法能够对中药的失效程度进行非接触条件下的准确判断,准确度较高。 In the process of failure of traditional Chinese medicine, the odor characteristics will change.Contact with the detection method will cause damage to the medicinal material itself. According to this characteristic, the failure degree of traditional Chinese medicine was judged by the characteristic theory of the odor fingerprint. The characteristic spectrum transform theory of traditional Chinese medicine smell profiles in failure state changes of extraction and reconstruction of and the spectra feature of traditional Chinese medicine smell nonlinear segmentation problem is mapped into a high dimensional space, and linear regression, the conversion to a linear problem, traditional Chinese medicine smell finger print feature corresponding to the failure degree of judgment. The experimental results show that this method can accurately judge the failure degree of traditional Chinese medicine, and the accuracy is high.
