摘要 用正交试验法对蚕沙中总黄酮的半仿生法提取工艺进行了优选,以黄酮提取量为考察指标,考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度对总黄酮提取量的影响,得到的半仿生法提取的最佳工艺条件为:分别以pH=2盐酸溶液和pH=7.5、pH=8.5的氯化铵-氨水的缓冲溶液作为提取液,料液比为1:30,在70℃每次提取1.5 h,提取3次;在此条件下,黄酮提取量为9.06 mg?g^(-1)蚕沙。 The optimum semi-bionic extraction process of total flavonoids in silkworm was optimized with orthogonal test. Used flavonoids extraction quantity as examining index, the influence of solid-liquid ratio, extracting time, extracting temperature on the quantity of flavonoids extraction was investigated. Optimum conditions for semi-bionic extraction were determined as follows: pH2 HCl solution, pH7.5 and pH8.5 NH4Cl- NH3 buffer solution as extracting solvents, solid-liquid ratio of 1:30, temperature 70 ℃, time 1.5 h, extracting three times. The extractive yield of total flavonoids extracted from silkworm excrement was 11.94 mg·g^-1 on these conditions.
