摘要
中职学校的学生存在综合素质不高,行为习惯和心理上存在承受能力较弱、依赖性较强、逆反心理较重等方面的缺陷,把其作为独立群体,对其人格特质进行研究是十分必要的;把广东省理工职业技术学校学生随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组不改变原来的生活方式,实验组每周增加2次登山运动,每次运动时间为90min,强度控制在心率130-150次/min,实验周期18周。实验前后利用卡特尔16PF量表分别测试人格特质,数据进行统计学处理;实验组16PF人格因素中的乐群性、稳定性、恃强性、有恒性和敢为性得到显著提高(P﹤0.05),表现为具有良好的团队意识,情绪稳定而成熟,能面对现实、独立积极,养成敢于担当的良好品质;怀疑性降低(P﹤0.01);表现为依赖随和,易与人相处,改变了怀疑刚愎,固执已见的不良习惯;登山运动项目能够增强体质,提高心理健康水平,从而促进身心全面发展;登山运动作为运动处方应用于塑造中职学生人格特质等有一定现实意义。
The comprehensive quality of Secondary vocational students is not high enough. Mostly,they are fragile,dependent and rebellious and they have some negative performance on behavior and psychology. Therefore,it is necessary to put them in a separate group and study their personality traits. The students from Guangdong Vocational School of Polytechnic were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Those in the control group did not change their original way of life.Those in the experimental group insisted on mountaineering two times per week. The exercise lasted for 90 minutes each time and students controlled their heart rate in 130- 150 times / min. The experiment lasted for 18 weeks. The Personality Traits of the students in two groups were tested respectively before and after the experiment by Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire of Cattell. The data were statistically analyzed. In the experimental group,sociability,stability aggressiveness,endurance and boldness of the 16 factors of the students were significantly increased( P ﹤ 0. 05). The students were outgoing,stable,independent,optimistic,responsible and courageous. And the suspicion of the 16 factors of those students were decreased( P ﹤0. 01). The students were easygoing rather than intransigent. Maintaining exercise can not only strengthen the students' physique,but also improve the level of their mental health,thus improving the overall development of their body and mind.Therefore,it is advisable to use mountaineering as a cultivating method of shaping the personality characteristics of secondary vocational students.
