摘要
现有常用农村居民点集约用地潜力测算方法虽然简单、易操作,但缺乏对不同类型的农村居民点的考虑,造成潜力值偏大。通过总结影响潜力测算的宏观与微观因素,根据各因素对农村居民点集约用地潜力挖掘的制约程度,对农村居民点划分类型,提出分类型农村居民点集约用地潜力测算方法。全部挖潜型农村居民点直接采用公式测算;部分挖潜型采用实地调查法以及综合分析法测算;禁止挖潜型采用实地调查法测算潜力。采用分类型农村居民点集约用地潜力测算方法测得的潜力值较接近真实值,为农村居民点用地管理提供数据支撑。
Analysis of the existing rural residential intensive land use potential calculation method and results finds that methods commonly used are easy but lack of consideration of the different types of rural settlements, resulting in the too large potential value is too large. The paper aims to come up with a more reasonable approach to measure the potential of rural resdential landuse. Therefore this paper summarizes the macro and micro factors that affect the potential rural settlements. According to the degree of constraints for rural residential potentiality exploitation ,rural residential was divided into threeaspects. The research proposed classification of rural residential types for potential calculation. Rural residential of completely potential tapping type directly uses formula to calculate potential. Part potential tapping type uses field survey and comprehensive analysis method to calculate potential. Prohibition potential tapping type uses field survey to calculate potential. Potential of this approach is closer to the true value of the measured values, and providing data supporting for rural residential land management.
