摘要
目的：探讨在125 I粒子植入病房工作对护士甲状腺健康的影响。方法对125 I粒子植入病房和某普通病房护士进行甲状腺彩超和甲状腺功能检查，并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果125 I粒子植入病房和某普通病房的护士甲状腺彩超检查结果异常者分别为24例和29例，甲状腺功能检查指标有异常者分别为7例和6例，两组检查结果经对比分析差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论在采取必要的防护措施下，在粒子植入病房工作对护士的甲状腺健康状况无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of 125 I to thyroid health status of nurses in the 125 I implanted wards .Methods Thyroid ultrasonography and thyroid function tests were carried out on the 125 I implanted ward and a general ward in our hospital , and the results were statistically analyzed .Results Abnormal results of thyroid ultrasonography were 24 cases in 125 I implanted ward and 29 cases in the general ward , while the thyroid function test abnormalities were 7 cases and 6 cases respectively （P〉0.05）.Conclusions In the case of the necessary protective measures , there is no significant effect of 125 I on the thyroid health status of nurses in the 125 I implanted wards .
