摘要
毕业设计是检验学生大学四年学习成果的重要途径。导师制指的是在学生刚入学时为其分配负责导师,指导其大学四年的学习方向,并负责教授其四年的所有实践类课程,连续性、针对性的解决学生的学习问题。通过导师制能够让学生更好地完成毕业设计,同时增加学生的工程实践能力和社会竞争能力,有效的提高人才培养效率。
Graduation project is an important way to test students' academic achievements in the four years of university. Tutorial system is distribute a tutor for students when they started their college life , to give them learning direction in there college life, and responsible for all the practical courses, continuity, targeted to solve their learning problem. Through the tutorial system, stu-dents can complete the graduation project better, and increase their ability of engineering practice and social competition,im-prove the efficiency of personnel training effectively.
