摘要
对目前脱硫过程中存在的塔堵及硫回收等问题进行了分析讨论,在脱硫过程中加入超滤膜分离技术对解决这类问题非常有效。在脱硫富液再生前加入该技术能有效降低塔堵,再生后加入该技术能实现硫的高效回收及提高脱硫液的循环利用。
Tower plugging and sulfur recovery in the desulfurization process were analyzed and discussed,it can solve these problems to add the ultrafiltration membrane separation technology.The technology can effectively reduce the tower block by adding the technology before the regeneration of the desulfurization rich liquid.After the regeneration of the desulfurization rich liquid,the sulfur recovery and the recycling utilization of the desulfurization liquid can be increased by adding the technology.
