摘要
心肌梗死已成为威胁人类生命的主要疾病之一。心肌细胞损伤后,再生能力有限,传统治疗方法并不能解决心肌梗死后心肌细胞缺失及心室重构的问题。干细胞移植技术可一定程度解决梗死区心肌细胞难再生,改善梗死后心脏舒缩功能受损,但存在移植干细胞成活率低等问题。如何在保证梗死区域血液供应的同时,诱导心肌细胞再生,成为人们关注热点。VEGF基因转染干细胞作为一种新兴的医疗技术,为解决上述问题开辟了新的途径。
Ischemic heart disease, especially myocardial infarction, has become one of the major life-threatening diseases in human. Myocardial cell has little capacity to regenerate itself after injury, and traditional treatment methods cannot resolve problems in myocardial cells loss and ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. There are still so many problems to be solved, including inadequate blood supply, less nutrients, low survival rate after stem-cell transplantation and heart dysfunc- tion, although stem cell-based therapies can solve some problems, such as the regeneration of the myocardial cells, the recovery of the cardiac diastolic and systolic function after myocardial infarction. So, in the myocardial infarction area, ensuring ade- quate blood supply and inducing myocardial cell regeneration at the same time, has become the focus of attention. As a new medical technology, VEGF gene therapy could be a potential therapeutic treatment to achieve enhanced therapeutic outcome for myocardial infarction.
