摘要
根据车辆底盘测试技术的特点,将EtherCat总线系统引入到车辆测试中,开发出基于EtherCAT实时以太网的4WD汽车底盘测功机。通过采用实时以太网技术以及多传感器采集和变频控制技术等多技术相融合方式,构建了汽车功率、排放、滑行、加速、动力等不同工况性能测试的平台。实车测试证明,该测试平台测试结果准确、可靠。
According to the characteristics of the vehicle chassis test technology, the Ether Cat bus system is introduced into the vehicle test, and the 4WD vehicle chassis dynamometer based on EtherCAT real time Ethernet is developed. Through the use of real-time Ethernet technology and multi-sensor collection and the converter control technology and multi technology fusion, an automotive power, emissions, sliding,speed, power and other different working performance test platform was constructed. Real vehicle test proves that the test platform test results are accurate and reliable.
