摘要 由于资源短缺,环境污染严重,节能减排已成为当今世界的热点话题。随着通用小型汽油机的广泛使用,其尾气对大气的污染日渐严重,降低排放已迫在眉睫。分析了影响通用小型汽油机尾气中污染物的生成因素,讲述了燃油品质进展,从电控燃油喷射系统、挤流燃烧室、点火系统、缸内直喷、可变配气机构及废气再循环等方面阐述了机内净化的研究成果,结合二次补气和催化转化器介绍了机外净化的现状。结合机内外研究进展,展望了未来技术发展和应用方向。 Due to the shortage of resources and serious environmental pollution, energy conservation and emission reduction have become a hot topic in today's world. With non-road small spark-ignition engine used widely, pollution from exhaust has become serious, the reduction of exhaust emission is extremely urgent. The paper analyzes the influence factors of pollution from non-road small spark-ignition engine exhaust, gives an account of the development of gasoline quality, represents the research achievement of interior purification, such as electronic control fuel injection system, squish combustion chamber, ignition system, GDI, variable admission valve train gear, EGR and so on. External purification is introduced from secondly air and catalytic conversion. In view of interior purification and external purification, the direction of technology development and application is pointed out.
