摘要
医院信息化建设是涉及多部门、多专业的系统工程,实施项目管理十分必要。本文分析了医院信息化建设项目中存在的问题,提出实施项目管理的应用要点及常见问题,指出科学的项目管理方法对推动医院信息化建设具有重要意义。
Hospital information construction is a systematic project involving many sectors and specialties,it is thus quite necessary to implement project management in hospitalinformation construction. The problems in hospital information construction were analyzed,the key points and common problems in its project management were presented,and the importance of scientific project management methods used in hospital information construction was pointed out.
