开槽蒸压灰砂砖砌体抗剪强度试验研究

摘要 通过试验研究了开槽蒸压灰砂砖砌体的抗剪强度,试验和研究分析表明:在砖的大表面开槽后,明显地提高了蒸压灰砂砖砌体的抗剪强度,其中开斜槽对蒸压灰砂砖砌体抗剪强度值提高最大,并基于开槽方式变化的对比研究提出了更合理的开槽方式。试验数据分析表明,开槽蒸压灰砂砖砌体抗剪强度值可采用现行砌体规范的抗剪公式和规范规定的蒸压灰砂砖或粘土砖砌体抗剪强度值。 The shear strength of grooved autoclaved lime-sand brick masonries was studied through experiments. The experimental results illustrate that the shear strength of autoclaved lime-sand brick masonries increases rapidly with the grooving on surface of autoclaved lime-sand brick masonries. Furthermore, oblique grooves on bricks contribute most on improvement of shear strength of autoclaved lime-sand brick masonries. A more reasonable grooving method was proposed based on comparison and research on grooving method change. The experimental results indicate that the shear strength of grooved autoclaved lime-sand can refer to the formula of shear resistance of current code of masonry structures and the shear strength of autoclaved sand-lime brick and clay brick masonries ruled by the code.
