摘要
洛阳石化1.40Mt/a延迟焦化装置是重油加工的主要装置,用水主要有除氧水、新鲜水、循环水和除盐水,耗水量巨大。工艺中冷焦过程大量冷焦水挥发冷却后成为含硫污水出装置,水力除焦单元配套庞大的切焦水系统,焦炭中夹带大量水出装置,产品换热和发生蒸汽需要充足循环水和除氧水,严重影响延迟焦化装置能耗和技术指标。通过实施凝结水替代除氧水、循环水串级使用、停用水箱补水、净化水替代除盐水、中水替代新鲜水等措施,水用量不断下降,与2011年相比,2015年节约成本为:凝结水代替部分除氧水,降低除氧水加工成本40.17万元;引入净化水和中水,新鲜水主要用于生活用水,降低新鲜水成本2.61万元;通过优化操作和技术改造,节约循环水成本110.4万元;经过对除盐水系统的改造和优化,每年可节约动力成本32.1万元。至2015年,共节约动力成本185.3万元,实现了节水降耗,经济效益良好。
Sinopec Luoyang Company's 1.40Mt/a delayed coking unit is the main heavy oil processing equip- ment.Water needed by the unit includes deoxygenated water,fresh water,circulating water and demineralized water.Its water consumption is very high.A large volume of coke quench water is turned into sulfur-contain- ing sewage after volatilizing and cooling down and is discharged out of the unit.The hydraulic decoking unit is equipped with a large coke cut water system and a large amount of water is entrained in coke out of the unit.Heat exchange and steam generation require plenty of circulating water and deoxygenated water.This has significantly affected the unit's energy consumption and technical specifications.The unit's water consumption has fallen continuously as a result of a series of measures such as replacement of deoxygenated water with condensed water,cascade use of circulating water,cease of use of water tank to replenish water,replacement of demineralized water with purified water and replacement of fresh water with recycled water.Compared with 2011 ,savings in 2015 included:As a result of the partial replacement of deoxygenated water with condensed water,the cost of processing deoxygenated water dropped 401700 yuan ;as a result of the introduction of pu- rified water and recycled water (fresh water is mainly used for life), fresh water cost dropped 26100 yuan;as a result of operational optimization and technical upgrade, circulating water cost dropped 1.1 million yuan ;and as a result of the upgrade and optimization of the demineralized water system,annual power cost dropped 321000 yuan.As of the end of 2015,total power cost savings amounted to about 1.85 million yuan.
