摘要
目的:比较高效液相色谱法制作标准曲线时,对照品稀释法和不同进样量法的异同。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以绿原酸、连翘酯苷B、毛蕊花糖苷和木犀草苷对照品作为研究对象,采用对照品稀释法和进样不同体积法,测定峰面积,计算标准曲线。结果:木犀草苷两种方法结果线性关系良好,而绿原酸、连翘酯苷B、毛蕊花糖苷仅稀释法线性关系良好。结论:建议采用稀释法测定标准曲线,不同进样量法需慎重。
Object To compare differences and similarities of two injection methods for establishing calibration curves by HPLC. Methods To determine peak area and calculate calibration curves of chlorogenie acid, forsythoside B, aeteoside and luteoloside by dilution and injection volume. Results Both of two methods of calibration curves are good for luteoloside. However, only dilution method can meet requirement for chlorogenic acid, forsythoside B and aeteoside. Conelution Dilution method is suggested to establish calibration curves, injection volume method is suggested to use prudently.
