摘要
本文将城市老工业区的发展现状、突出问题和发展前景作为研究老工业区调整与更新的三个切入点,分析了老工业区污染工业发展的两难境地和企业搬迁行为面临的现实挑战,指出实现城市老工业区的转型与更新,要始终围绕结构调整、体制创新、城市功能完善、环境保护和社会民生等方面,全面推进老工业区产业、城市、社会及环境的综合调整升级。
Jilin province is the cradle of Chiua＇s heavy industry development. There are many large and medium-sized enterprises in the province, and worthy of the name of the old industrial base, in the period of planned economy on China＇s economic development plays an important role, for the city of jilin province has made a significant contribution to the social development. With the rapid development of economic society, urban old industrial zone of the inherent contradictions appeared constantly, because of the expansion of city, is located in the edge of the city area in the past the old industrial area, evolution of the urban core is an urgent need to whole transferring and function transformmion. This paper discusses the jilin old industrial city transformation and the urgency and necessity of updating, through analysis the present situation of the old industrial area, analyzes the challenges in the transformation and upgrading, and puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures for the government macroeconomie regulation and control.
