摘要
目的探讨超声引导在颈内静脉置管术在临床实习医生临床教学中应用的效果。方法选取麻醉科实习医师20例,随即平均分成实验组和对照组,实验组采取超声引导下颈内静脉置管术教学,对照组则采用传统解剖盲探颈内静脉置管术教学。结果实验组与对照组穿刺总成功率分别是83%和40%,首次置管成功率分别为51%和25%,误入动脉的发生率分别是0%和27%,对教学的满意率为100%和50%,差异均具有统计学意义。结论超声引导在麻醉科颈内静脉置管术临床教学中具有明显优势。
Objective To evaluate the teaching effectiveness of ultrasound- guided internal jugular veincatheterization in anesthesiology department clinical teaching. Methods 20 interns in anesthesiology department were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Teaching of ultrasound- guided internal jugular veineatheterization was used in experimental group, and teaching of traditional of internal jugular veincatheterization by blind exploring was used in control group. Results In experimental group and control group, the total success rates were 83% and 40%, the success rates for the first injection were 51% and 25%, the occurrence rate of mistakable inserting artery were 0% and 27%, the satisfaction rates for teaching were 100% and 50%, all differences had statistical significance. Conclusion Teaching of ultrasound- guided internal jugular veincatheterization has obvious advantage in anesthesiology department clinical teaching.
