摘要
目的 对临床微生物检验和细菌耐药性监测进行探析。方法 选取我院于2016年1~5月检验科分离得到的322例菌株为主要研究对象,进行药物敏感性试验,结合检测结果分析其特性。结果 经检测本组菌株中,革兰阴性杆菌共计142株,革兰阳性菌株共计180株。各类菌株均表现出较高的药物敏感性。结论 细菌耐药性正逐渐上升,部分细菌更表现出多重耐药性,使院内感染控制面临着巨大挑战。为此,必须做好临床微生物检验和细菌耐药性监测工作,为各类控制方案的制定提供依据。
Objective To study the clinical microbiological examination and bacterial drug resistance monitoring. Methods In our hospital from January to May 2016, 322 cases of isolates were selected as the main research objects. The drug sensitivity test was carried out, and the characteristics of the drug sensitivity test were analyzed. Results In this group, 142 strains of gram negative bacilli were detected, and 180 strains of gram positive strains were detected. All kinds of strains showed high drug sensitivity. Conclusion Bacterial resistance is gradually increasing, some bacteria show multiple drug resistance, so that the hospital infection control is facing a huge challenge. To this end, we must do a good job in clinical microbiology and bacterial drug resistance monitoring, to provide a basis for the development of various types of control program.
