摘要
目的本次主要探析磺脲类降糖药与黄连素二甲双胍在糖尿病治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病患者90例,根据用药方式将其平均分为三组,给予所有患者磺脲类降糖药治疗,对三组患者治疗前后血糖各项指标进行分析比较。结果观察组疗效优于其他两组,P<0.05。结论二甲双胍联合黄连素在糖尿病治疗中的临床效果良好。
Objective The main analysis of sulfonylurea and metformin clinical effect of berberine in the treatment of diabetes. Methods 90 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital were selected, according to the drug will average into three groups to give all patients sulfonylurea antidiabetic drug treatment, before and after the treatment, the patients in the three groups of glycemia were compared and analyzed. Results The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of berberine combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes is good.
