摘要
目的总结《血证论》组方用药规律。方法收集并整理《血证论》所载方剂,将方剂及药物名称录入至中医传承辅助平台V2.5,统计药物使用频次,采用关联规则、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类对药物组合、药物关联度、药物核心组合进行分析,并采用无监督熵层次聚类进行新处方分析。结果共纳入方剂197首,所用药物423味,使用频次共计2498次。药物使用频次前3位分别为甘草（103）、当归（79）、白芍（63）;药物组合使用频次前3位分别为甘草、当归（50）,甘草、白芍（42）,白芍、当归（40）;药物关联系数前3位分别为蒲黄、麦冬（0.02729976）,五味子、五倍子（0.02684237）,五味子、牛膝（0.02667364）;基于复杂系统熵聚类演化出3-4味药物核心组合28组;运用无监督熵层次聚类算法得到新处方14首。结论《血证论》用药以降火、理气、和血、补泻脏腑为主,多用凉药、润药,少用热药、燥药。
Objective To summarize the rules of using the prescription and the herbs in Treatise on Blood Troubles. Methods Prescriptions recorded in Treatise on Blood Troubles were collected and coordinated. The names of prescriptions and herbs were typed to Auxiliary System of Chinese Medicine Inheritance V2. 5. The using frequency of herbs was calculated. Herb combinations,herb association and herb core combinations were analyzed by association rules,improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering. New prescriptions were analyzed by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering. Results In total,197 prescriptions were included,423 herbs used,with 2498 times of using frequency. Top 3 herbs with high using frequency were Gancao [Radix Glycyrrhizae]（103）,Danggui [Radix Angelicae Sinensis]（79） and Baishao [Radix Paeoniae Alba]（63）. Top 3 herb combinations with high using frequency were Gancao-Danggui（ 50）,Gancao-Baishao（ 42） and Baishao-Danggui（ 40）. Top3 correlation coefficients of herbs were Puhuang [Pollen Typhae]-Maidong [Radix Ophiopogonis ]（ 0. 02729976）,Wuweizi [Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis]-Wubeizi [Galla Chinensis ]（ 0. 02684237） and Wuweizi-Niuxi [Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae]（ 0. 02667364）. Based on complex system entropy clustering,28 groups of herb core combinations with 3- 4 herbs were developed. Fourteen new prescriptions were got by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm. Conclusion Herbs in Treatise on Blood Troubles were mainly lowering fire,regulating Qiflowing,harmonizing blood,reinforcing and dredging Zang-fu viscera. Cool and moisturizing natured herbs were used more,while heat and dry natured herbs were used less.
