超声萃取高效液相色谱法测定纺织品中抗菌剂 被引量:3

摘要 探讨所建立的超声萃取结合高效液相色谱法检测纺织品中4种有毒有害抗菌剂的检测效果。以甲醇为萃取剂,萃取液定容后采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)对目标物进行分离,结合色谱保留时间和光谱图进行定性,以标准曲线定量。试验结果表明,在优化试验条件下,4种抗菌剂在0.2mg/L^50mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999;方法定量限(S/N=10)1.2mg/kg^2.3mg/kg;添加水平为2.5mg/kg^50mg/kg时,回收率为72%~98%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~4.7%。认为:该方法前处理简便,回收率高,精密度好,适用于测定纺织品中有毒有害抗菌剂。 Four kinds of toxic and harmful antibacterial agents in textiles detection effects measured by Ul- trasound extraction and high performance liquid chromatography were discussed. Methanol was used as extractive agent. Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted to separate the target after diluting with extract to constant volume. The chromatographic retention time and spectrum were combined for qualitative evaluation based on standard curve. Experimental results show that the linearity of four antibacterial agents with content range of 0.2 mg/L to 50 mg/L is better and correlation coefficients are larger than 0. 999 under optimized test conditions. The method quantification limits (MLOQ) are from 1.2 mg/kg to 2.3 mg/kg. When the addition level is from 2.5 mg/kg to 50 mg/kg,the recoveries rate is 72% to 98% ,the relative standard deviation is from 2.1% to 4.7 %. It is considered that pre-processing of the method is convenient, recoveries rate is higher and precise, which is suitable to be used in testing toxic and harmful antibacterial agents in textiles.
