摘要
采用保持砂率不变而改变石粉掺入量及保持石粉含量不变而改变砂率量掺入水泥的两种配制方法,研究了不同石粉含量与人工砂岩对混凝土抗冻性能影响。结果表明,不同石粉含量试件的弹性模量随着冻融循环次数的增加而减小。在冻融次数相同时,弹性模量随着石粉含量的增加而减小,掺13%石粉的混凝土试件与掺7%石粉的试件相比,最大相对质量损失率增大了25.5%。不同人工砂岩含量试件的弹性模量随着冻融循环次数的增加而减小。在冻融次数相同时,弹性模量随着人工砂岩含量的增加而减小,掺39.5%人工砂岩的混凝土试件与掺38%人工砂岩的试件相比,弹性模量要最多要高出30.67%;掺39.5%人工砂岩的混凝土试件与掺38%人工砂岩的试件相比,最大相对质量损失率增大了26.1%。在冻融循环的环境影响下,石粉和人工砂岩的硬化结构易遭到破坏,表现出混凝土的弹性模量和质量损失率不断加剧。石粉的微集料效应提高了混凝土的整体密实性,降低了混凝土中的孔隙率,从而提高了混凝土的抗冻性,石粉和人工砂岩改善了混凝土拌合物中的浆体量,提高了混凝土的工作性能。
The effects of different content stone powder and artificial sandstone on the frost resistance of concrete were study.Adopted to keep the sand rate constant and changing the mixed stone powder content and keep the stone powder content unchanged and change rate of sand content of cement two kinds of preparation methods.The results show that the elastic modulus of different powder content test pieces and decreases with the increase of the number of freezing-thawing cycles.At the times of freezing and thawing,the same,the elastic modulus decreases with increase of the content of stone powder,13% powder admixture of concrete test pieces with the addition of 7% powder specimens compared to maximum relative mass loss rate increased by 25.5%.The elastic modulus of the specimens with different artificial sandstone content decreased with the increase of the number of ffreezing-thawing cycles.At the times of freezing and thawing,the same,the elastic modulus decreases with the increase of artificial sand content and doped 39.5% artificial sandstone concrete test pieces and 38%doped artificial sandstone specimens compared to modulus of elasticity is up to 30.67% higher.A.doped 39.5% artificial sandstone concrete test pieces and 38% doped artificial sandstone specimens compared to maximum relative mass loss rate increased 26.1%.In freezing and thawing cycle environment under the influence,the hardening structure of powder and artificial sandstone is easy to be damaged showed concrete elastic modulus and mass loss rate increased.Powder micro material effect in improving the overall density of concrete,reduce the porosity of the concrete,so as to improve the frost resistance of concrete,stone and artificial sand improve the plasma volume in concrete mixture,improve the workability of concrete.
