摘要
以气辅成型工艺对中空塑件成型的中空度、中空均匀度以及材料节省性等的影响为研究目标,以计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件作为主要分析工具,采用正交试验法,考查了成型工艺参数在不同水平下对中空体积比和气芯长度比指标的影响。结果表明,工艺参数重要性排序为延迟时间、预注体积比、溢槽体积比及气体压力;通过工艺优化,实际制件产品材料节省率达47%,壁厚总体均匀。
In this article, the influence of processing parameters in gas-assisted injection molding on hollow degree, hollow uniform degree, and material saving of hollow products was studied using CAE software as the primary tool. Through orthogonal experimental, the effect on hoIlow volume ra;do and gas core length ratio was also investigated. The ranks of the processing parameters in terms of importance were delay time, the pre-injection volume ratio, the overflow volume ratio and the gas pressure, the best combination of parameters. Through optimization, the actual saving rate of reached product material 47 %, the wall thickness of the product was uniform overall.
