摘要 针对电力系统高压隔离开关检修的需要,进行检修方法的研究和装置的设计。利用ANSYS软件对隔离开关触指热稳定性进行仿真分析,得到了触指压力与温升的关系。在此基础上,进行了压力测试仪的设计。压力测试仪主要由触指压力传递结构、薄膜压力传感器和显示器等部分组成。随后详细介绍了其硬件组成、电路结构、工作原理和应用效果。测试仪设计合理,结构紧凑,测量精准,为高压隔离开关的电力检修提供了有效支持。 Aiming at the need of the maintenance of high voltage disconnector in the power system, maintenance methods and equipment were studied. The simulation analysis on the thermal stability was performed by ANSYS, which showed the relationship between button contact presser and temperature rise. Pressure tester was designed based on the simulation results. It was made up of button contact pressure transmission, flexi foree senor and display. After that, the tester's hardware, circuit structure, working principle, application effect was described in detail The tester has the properties of reasonable design, compact structure and high precision, and it con effectively support the maintenance of high voltage disconnector.
