摘要
以某大型卷板机上梁为研究对象,建立基于Hyperworks的上梁有限元模型。首先,通过拓扑优化,根据密度云图所示的材料分布,在上梁原有筋板结构基础上改进筋板布局;再运用有限元分析方法,对上梁关键尺寸进行性能指标的灵敏度分析;利用最小二乘法,得到上梁各关键尺寸变化时质量对结构刚度和强度变化影响的灵敏度;最后,利用Optistruct优化模块,建立以灵敏尺寸作为优化参数,满足结构强度、刚度和板厚度尺寸为约束,整体质量最小为目标的尺寸优化,得到最佳的尺寸配置。优化后的结构质量下降4.431吨,取得很好的优化效果。
A certain upper beam in large roll-bending machine was taken as the research objection. The finite element analysis based on hyperworks was built. First, according to the material distribution shown in the density nephogram was obtained by topology optimization, the layout of rid plates were reinforcing on the basis of the original ribs; Then sensitivity analysis of key sizes to performance index of upper beam were analyzed by using finite element method; The relative sensitivity of mass to static-characteristics result for each key dimension was obtained through least-square-method. Finally, through using optimization module of optistruct, size optimization procedure was built with the sensitivity dimension as parameters, the structural strength rigidity and thickness of plates as the constraints, the minimally of mass as the goal,to obtain the best dimension distribution. The optimization result shows mass is 4.431ton lighter and optimization effect is obvious.
