水平圆管超临界二氧化碳摩阻试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 结合超临界二氧化碳流体性质,研制了一套超临界二氧化碳在水平圆管摩阻测试装置;并进行了超临界二氧化碳摩阻变化规律实验。实验结果表明:随着剪切速率的增大,SC-CO_2的摩阻逐渐升高;随着温度的升高,同一剪切速率下,SC-CO_2的摩阻逐渐降低;SC-CO_2的管内摩阻明显低于清水;且温度越高、剪切速率越大,摩阻差值越大;在SC-CO_2中加入添加剂可提高SC-CO_2的黏度,其摩阻比纯SC-CO_2高。 Supercritical Carbon Dioxide (SC- CO2) has promising prospects in its application in unconventional oil and gas exploration and development due to its unique properties. Flow friction law of SC- CO2 is in need of further research for actual application process of drilling and completion, fracturing, miscible flooding and other tech-nology. Considering the change in properties of SC- CO2, a device was developed to test the frictional pressure loss of SC- CO2 in a horizontal pipe, and experimental tests of SC- CO2 were conducted. Results show that with the increase of the shear rate, the frictional pressure drop of S C- CO2 increases gradually. At the same shear rate, the friction of SC- CO2 decreases gradually as the temperature goes up. The pressure loss of S C- CO2 in pipe is signifi-cantly lower than that of water. This difference becomes more significant with higher temperature and shear rate. The viscosity of SC- CO2 can be improved with additives, and the fictional pressure loss will increase, while remai-ning lower than that of water.
