摘要
目的探讨糖化血红蛋白和超敏C蛋白对妊娠糖尿病的临床意义。方法选取2013年6月至2015年5月期间的到我院妇产科进行产检的120例妊娠糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,选取同期健康体检的120例孕妇作为对照组,比较两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及Hs-CRP水平及异常率,评价观察组患者的诊断学指标。结果观察组患者FPG、HbA1c及Hs-CRP水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者FPG、HbA1c及Hs-CRP水平异常率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于妊娠糖尿病患者,HbA1c和Hs-CRP均具有较高的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及诊断符合率。结论 HbA1c和Hs-CRP对于诊断早期妊娠糖尿病具有重要的临床意义,不仅能有效预防控制和优生优育,且检测方法简便可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin and ultra sensitive C protein in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods We selected 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who were admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 observation group, 120 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group. The fasting blood glucose （FPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） and Hs-CRP level were tested. Abnormal rate and the diagnostic indexes were evaluated. Results FPG, HbAlc and Hs-CRP levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. FPG, HbAlc and Hs-CRP abnormal rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. For pregnant women with gestational diabetes, HbAlc and Hs-CRP has higher sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and diagnostic accordance rate. Conclusion HbAlc and Hs-CRP might be used as important clinical markers in the diagnosis of early gestational diabetes mellitus, which can effectively prevent clinical complications in pregnant women and their offspring. The detection method is simple and reliable.
