腹部切口皮下持续负压引流治疗脂肪液化的临床效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨皮下置管持续负压吸引治疗腹部切口脂肪液化的可行性及疗效。方法将本院55例行开腹手术患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组31例、对照组24例。实验组采用皮下置管持续负压吸引方法治疗,对照组采用传统方法治疗,比较分析两组患者伤口愈合时间、换药次数及换药费用。结果切口愈合时间:实验组为(12.88±2.83)d,对照组为(17.35±3.23)d,实验组较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。换药次数:实验组为(4.27±1.36)次,对照组为(10.36±1.14)次,换药费用:实验组为(96.00±8.36)元,对照组为(200.00±10.48)元,实验组较对照组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论采取皮下置管持续负压吸引治疗腹部切口脂肪液化与传统方法相比,能缩短切口愈合时间,减少换药次数,减轻患者痛苦,有利于患者恢复。 Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of continuous negative pressure suction in the treatment of abdominal incision fat liquefaction. Methods 55 cases of abdominal surgery patients were divided.into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group of 31 cases, the control group of 24 cases. The experimental group was treated by continuous negative pressure suction, the control group was treated with traditional method, and the incision healing time, the times of switching and the cost of dressing change were compared between the two groups. Results Incision healing time: the experimental group was(12.88±2.83) days, the control group was (17.35±3.23) days, in contrast with the control group, the experimental group shortened significantly(P〈0.05). Switching frequency: the experimental group was(4.27±1.36) times, the control group was(10.36±1.14) times, switching costs: the experimental group was(96.00±8.36)RMB, while the control group was(200.00±10.48)RMB, in contrast with the control group, the experimental group decreased significantly(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Comparison of subcutaneous catheter-based continuous negative pressure aspiration with traditional methods in the treatment of abdominal incision fat liquefaction,the former can shorten the incision healing time, reduce the switching frequency,relieve patients' pain and help patients recovery.
