摘要
采用肌电测试法,对大学生男子足球专业运动员在功能性力量训练前后位于躯干和下肢的深蹲主要肌肉进行肌电测试,并且进行功能动作筛查(FMS)、T-测试、六边形跳和30 m冲刺跑测试。结果显示:功能性力量训练前后,在不同非稳定条件下徒手深蹲时肌肉的RMS值无显著性变化(P>0.05),在不同级别(A、B和C)非稳定条件下徒手或30%RM负重深蹲时肌肉的RMS值亦无显著性变化(P>0.05),但30%RM负重条件下深蹲时大部分肌肉RMS值出现显著性增长(P<0.05),表明负重因素对于肌肉发力的影响明显大于非稳定因素;在非稳定条件下,30%RM负重能显著提高大部分参与运动肌肉的力量(P<0.05);功能性力量训练后,运动员的FMS测试等成绩均有显著性提高(P<0.05),表明功能性力量训练可显著改善运动员的功能动作质量、灵敏性、协调性和速度能力。
The study adopted the method of experiment to conduct the EMG test of trunk and lower limb muscles at the time of deep squat before and after the functional strength training on professional male students soccer players, and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) , T- test, hexagonal jump test and 30m sprint were also tested before and after functional training respectively. The results indicates that there was no significant change for the RMS value of muscles before and after functional training ( P 〉 0.05 ) under the unstable condition ( A, B and C) , but the RMS value of most muscles significantly increased when squatting under 30% RM load conditions ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , showingthat the impact of load factors for muscles was significantly greater than that of the unstable factors; the strength of most muscles can be increased at the time of 30% RM load under the unstable conditions. The scores of FMS and other tests all increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) after the functional strength training, showing that functional training can significantly improve the quality of players' functional movement, agility, coordination and speed capability.
