摘要
为研究滇重楼种子萌发技术,采用不同温度和不同基质对滇重楼种子进行处理,观测其对滇重楼种子萌发的影响。结果表明:18~20℃恒温条件最适宜滇重楼种子萌发,在恒温条件下,处理55d后种子开始萌发,处理130d后沙与基质处理种子萌发率分别为91%和95%;变温(室温)条件下,种子所需萌发时间较长,处理120d左右种子才开始萌发,管理成本增加,与恒温条件处理相比萌发率较低,190d试验结束时,沙与基质处理的种子萌发率分别为73%和80%。可见,恒温处理缩短萌发时间,对重楼育苗具有重要意义。
In order to study seed germination key technology of Paris polyphyUa Smith var. yunnanensis, the seeds of Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis under different storage temperatures and substrate were determined. The results showed that constant temperature (18-20 ℃ ) was the optimum condition for seed germination of Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis. At the end of the experiment, the germination rate of seeds was 91% and 95% in the wet sand and substrate, respectively. At room temperature condition, seeds need a long time for germination, the seed germination rate was 73% and 80% in the wet sand and substrate 190 days later. It was concluded that constant temperature treatment can shorten the germination time, and it has an important significance for breeding of Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis.
