摘要
成庄矿地质构造复杂,又为高瓦斯矿井,采空区瓦斯浓度居高不下,影响着矿井安全生产,采空区瓦斯是矿井瓦斯治理的难点之一。通过采用"U并U"型通风系统,采空区内瓦斯流向采空区深部,同时利用回风巷高位定向钻孔,对采空区瓦斯进行抽采。这两种方法相结合,一方面保障工作面采空区和巷道内瓦斯不超限,利于矿井的生产衔接,防止瓦斯事故的发生,另一方面实现了矿井瓦斯综合利用。
As a high gassy mine, Chengzhuang Mine's geologic structure is complex. Its gas concentration, staying at a high level, affects the safe production. Goaf gas is one of difficulties of gas control in mines. With U-U type ventilation, the gas flew to the deep part of the goaf. Meanwhile,directional drilling at the high level was used to drain the goaf gas. The combination of the two methods could not only ensure that the gas in goaf and roadways did not exceed the limit to keep the cohesion of production and prevent gas disaster, but also realize the comprehensive utilization of the gas.
