摘要
WSS工法注浆是以加固改良地层为目的,既可以增加土体强度,又可以止水防渗漏。论文针对青岛地铁2号线浮山所站至燕儿岛路站盾构区间,从注浆材料的选择与配比、注浆参数、钻孔布置及施工工艺等方面进行系统的研究。结果表明:采用WSS工法对盾构区间的土体进行加固,土体强度得到了有效加强,控制了地层的沉降,为盾构机正常施工和换刀作业提供了安全保障。
WSS grouting is to ground improvement for the purpose, on the one hand, increase soil strength, on the other hand can achieve the sealing effect. According to Qingdao Subway Line No. 2 fushansuo station to Yaner Island Road station section of the shield and system from the aspects of the selection and ratio of grouting materials, grouting parameters, hole layout and construction technology research. Results show that, the WSS on interval shield soil reinforcement, soil strength has been effectively strengthen, controlling the formation of the settlement, provided security for shield machine normal construction and tool change operation.
