摘要
我国集中连片特困地区实施精准扶贫是当前扶贫开发工作的重要举措,是确保扶贫到位的新思维、新方式。但目前我国集中连片特困地区精准扶贫开发工作还处于探索创新阶段。秦巴山区甘肃省陇南市依托"互联网+"发展,在加强农村基层组织建设、合理规划精准扶贫项目、积极培育贫困地区优势产业、拓宽农村教育培训的路径等方面,首创了"互联网+电商"精准扶贫模式,取得了探索性经验,堪称互联网+农村扶贫工作的典范,为其他集中连片特困地区实施"互联网+电商"的精准扶贫模式提供了有益启示和经验借鉴。

But at present, our country concentrated destitute areas accurately poverty alleviation and development work are still in the exploration stage of innovation. Qinba mountains of Longnan city, Gansu province, relying on the ＂Internet Plus＂ development in order to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots organizations, reasonable planning accuracy of poverty alleviation projects, actively cultivate poverty region advantage industry, widen the path of the rural education and training and so on. The first ＂Internet plus electricity business＂ accurate model for poverty alleviation has obtained the exploratory experience which can be rated as the model of the Internet plus rural poverty alleviation work, for other concentrated destitute areas the implementation of ＂Interuet plus electricity business＂ precise poverty alleviation mode provides beneficial enlightenment and experience for reference.
